The Story Behind the Venue

In the heart of the Stalos hills near Chania, Crete, a story of love and creativity unfolds. Sea View by En Kipo is the passion project of Thrasyvoulos and Eleni Bolakis—floriculture experts turned venue visionaries. Their journey began in 1990 with a shared love for nature and blossomed into a floral and event haven with the founding of En Kipo, their celebrated nursery and flower studio.

By 2003, the nursery became a sanctuary of rare plants, tools, and outdoor decorations. As their reputation for floristry grew, Eleni—having trained in Holland and Belgium—transformed the business into a hub of elegant floral styling. Their next step was natural: to create a venue that celebrates love in harmony with nature.

Today, Sea View by En Kipo is one of Crete’s most captivating venues, where sunsets, sea views, and stunning floral design set the stage for unforgettable weddings.
